The Many Axe
No: the game no longer gives it out.
The Many Axe was a Beesmas event gift, then sat for sale at $38,004 in a hidden maze under Fancy Furnishings. The maze was removed, a leftover box that kept spawning let a few more players buy it, and a later fix took that box away too. The axes bought back then are still in players’ hands.
Videos that promise a new way to get one show glitches, not anything the game offers, and they are not covered here. The fastest general axe you can still earn is the Rukiryaxe.
Why players still want it
It hits hardest of any general axe, 10.2 a swing, but waits 1.9 seconds between swings. That still works out to the highest damage per second of any general axe, 5.37, with a long 16-unit reach.

When another axe does better
- Thin, soft wood
- On small pieces of a soft wood most of each heavy swing is wasted. A quick axe like the Rukiryaxe or the Glorbaxe gets through them faster.
- A wood with its own specialist
- Frost, Lava, Cavecrawler, Zombie and Gold wood each have an axe built for them, far faster than any general one. They are listed on the axe table.
- Anywhere you might lose it
- Leave it at home for trips where you risk losing the axe, such as the River Tunnel.
- Phantom Wood
- The Many Axe does nothing to it. Only the End Times Axe can.
